When you haven’t had something for so long, you really appreciate it when you can have it all of sudden.

Butter, coconut oil and extra virgin olive oil are the items I need to start using again. The reason being that when you start using them after a 2 week absence it helps to break down fats and will help you to lose more weight. When the diet inclusions are constantly changing, it means that you won’t plateau for a long period of time.
