Put weight on again today, I don’t really understand why there was no reason to. No tears today though.
Went swimming today, swam 30 lengths, so I have come to the conclusion that I need to exercise everyday.

I felt as if I was trying really hard and to see the scales go up really did upset me, I said that when it happened I wouldn’t let it bother me but I couldn’t help myself and the tears just started to fall.
I am pre menopausal which is making my hormones go all over the place.
Went for a morning walk which cheered me up no end.
I felt really hungry today.

Still really hungry so the drawings continued.
Went for my first walk around the block. It works out at 1.9 miles to get all the way around. At the end of the walk there is a steep hill I found it really hard, but I did it ….eventually.

Slept well even with jet lag, had my first weigh in since being back home I was 1.7lbs heavier than my last one.
Started to get doubts that I could do this diet as it seems too much like hard work.
