So today is day 60 and I have lost almost 30lbs that’s half a pound a day.

I couldn’t believe another pound off. I came down in the morning to find some flowers and an encouraging note from a friend. It’s nice to know people are on your side.
I the afternoon I was so tired that I went to bed.
I still wasn’t hungry after 5 hours, so much so that I almost forgot to have dinner. I always feel I need to have it, even if I don’t feel like its a long time to wait till the next meal.

I have been waiting for a while to get to 28lbs (2 stone) I couldn’t believe that I smashed it in one day.
This chart is a record of my weight loss up until this point. I find it very interesting of the month I did first and the month I have done with the nutritionist. A nice steady down with the nutritionist compared to the up and down I did myself

Friday 26th February 2016
Went for a walk with a friend, we went to the local park and walked a couple of times around it.
I also went to M&S food again, I was buying some nice food but it was all for the kids and not me. It didn’t bother me at all.
Came home and made myself another chicken salad, I went slightly mad with the chilli!
It may have been hot but it tasted good.

Everybody needs a Jenny, I have a few Jenny’s in my life. I have Jenny the nutritionist, Jenny the neighbor and Jennie the cleaner.
Today as Matt was away I went for a walk with Jenny the neighbour, I am so lucky to have really nice neighbours who are helpful and supportive.
Jennie the cleaner has been coming round and making me home made soups every week made totally out of the vegetables I can have. I have never really been a soup fan but I have really enjoyed her soups and I find myself getting really excited when they are on the menu.
It is also a good way to get the vegetables down when I am getting fed up with them.

While Matt was leaving for South Africa, I was on my way to the nutritionist
Today she gave my a facial not a nice relaxing one at all. She used this tool with 12 very tiny needles in it, they go in and out so quick when it is rolled over the face. It wasn’t very pleasant, though it was more uncomfortable than painful. It was all so she could open the pours and stimulate the cells.
After that she put on a lotion called hyaluronic acid serum, it sounds horrible but your skin naturally produces it and as you get older you start to lose it. It is what gives you the elasticity of your skin and it means that my skin should tighten as I lose weight.
However it made my face very red for the rest of the day. I got some very funny looks everywhere I went.
Went for a walk with my neighbor Maxine and my 8 year old Jake.

I usually do sewing classes on a Tuesday but I cancelled it as it was Matt’s last day before he goes to South Africa on a 850km bike ride.
We went to TGI’s for lunch, guess what I ordered – yes you guessed it, a chicken salad just for a change. They put so much spice on it that it was just far too hot, it felt like I had steam coming out of my ears.

Kept on diet, though I did get hungry today. Because of the 5 hours between each meal it meant I was very ready when my meal finally came around.
I went for a walk around the block and considering I haven’t done it for a week, I seem to be managing it better than normal, even the hill.
