I have been sorting out all my clothes. I have tipped the entire contents of my wardrobe on my bedroom floor, throwing thing out that are too big and finding things that I can now fit into. It was genuinely a really great feeling.
Today I put on some jeans I haven’t worn jeans in 4 years, the reason is because I find them uncomfortable and there’s not much give. I like clothes that stretch.
The jeans I wore did not only fit but they were a little baggy.
It was still a good feeling though.

So so happy that I am finally under 19 stone.
I was really shaky in the morning, probably because of the lack of food yesterday. After lunch I felt so much better.

I have been waiting for a while to get to 28lbs (2 stone) I couldn’t believe that I smashed it in one day.
I got very excited about it. I was on a complete high all day.
This chart is a record of my weight loss up until this point. I find it very interesting of the month I did first and the month I have done with the nutritionist. A nice steady down with the nutritionist compared to the up and down I did myself

Saw the nutritionist again today, it had been a month since the last time I was measured so we took the measurements again.
9 inches off the waist
5 inches off the hips
2 inches off each leg
1 inch off each arm
I was amazed, couldn’t believe it was so much in a month.
I am really loving all the new flavours coming out in my diet menu options.
