Day 12 of detox
Only 2 more days of this phase to go, then I will be on phase 3. It will mean then that I can use butter and oil and get an extended food list.
I am still really bored with it now, but at least the end is near.

Day 11 of detox
I am really proud of myself I have stuck to the diet for so long.
It is getting really boring though, I can’t wait to finish this detox, only 3 days left.
I am still a little shaky.

Day 3 of detox
Today was a huge improvement on the last 2 days. I felt like I had loads to eat, in reality it was not much at all.
I have now started the next phase of detox which consist of a balanced diet.
I can now eat a selection of veg, certain fish, chicken and 5 eggs a week, to name a few.
Today I ate fish, broccoli, runner beans, coconut yoghurt, all things I hate.
