Traveling home. We flew through the night so I didn’t sleep much.
Having meals on a plane is a nightmare because I can’t get food that is part of my daily allowance and the last thing I want to do is cheat – certainly not with plane food anyway! However I did prepare and I managed to get some almonds for the protein and an apple. So I had a salad which l added the almonds to it. So it worked quite well.
My body clock is all out of sync too.
Jet lag is not nice when you are dieting because you end up feeling hungry at the wrong times, and you can’t just raid the cupboard.
After I rested a bit in the morning, I got straight back into my routine and went for a 5k walk with Matt.
