Went for a morning walk with Jenny the neighbor, it’s nice getting fresh air in morning it wakes you up for the day.
Every morning as part of my breakfast I have an apple. The nutritionist says it is really important to include an apple as one of my daily fruit allowance.
Went to my mums for dinner I asked her to make salmon as I hadn’t eaten it this week. I was really hungry when I got there and I regretted that I asked for fish because still don’t like it. It was OK this time, even though I had to watch the kids eat pizza.
