Doing well on the diet no real issues.
Went swimming first time in weeks. I swam 30 lengths went with a friend and she swims so fast that it was hard keeping up with her, it meant I swam faster which was good I suppose.
When I had my blood test, one of the results was that I am extremely dehydrated which means I need to drink 4 litres of water a day. I am trying, but I am finding this hard.
19st 11.3lbs. 0.3lbs⬇️. 21.7lbs⬇️total 🙂
