1: I feel thinner
2: My rings fit better
3: I think onions upset my stomach
4: Exercise helps with the menopause
5: I am getting better sleep (must be the walks and fresh air)
Conclusion: what ever it is I am doing, it is helping so keep doing it.
Went for a walk.
20st 7.9lbs. 1lb⬇️. 11.1lbs⬇️total. 🙂
