Day 18

Monday 18th January 2016

Feeling good today, the morning walks are getting so much easier – even the hill. While on my walk we decided to go around the extended block which consists of another hill twice as long as the usual one, but not quite as steep. It meant we would have walked 5k by the time it was done.

The hill was hard it seemed to go on forever I got very out of breath but I did get there in the end.

I felt very proud of myself at the end of it.

20st 12.3lbs.   1.7lbs⬇️.   6.7lbs⬇️total. 😊
